Third Meridian Realty, L.L.C. (TMR), 1306 Chicago Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, is a small (less than ten agents/brokers) established, independently owned & operated real estate firm covering both residential & commercial sales. We are a boutique firm specializing in the important art of "staging" property to showcase for its highest and quickest sale; we offer the highest levels of customer support.  Founded in 1997 by Susan McKenna, who has earned recognition as a consistent top producer selling in the multi-million dollars of real estate sales each year, the firm serves the North Shore, Chicago & most surrounding areas.  Although our Broker & agents have had successful careers in corporate jobs, you won't find anything "corporate" about our approach. The business of real estate is personal & the property prices are high; we endeavor to deliver the level of service to our clients that meet their emotional needs & improves their financial position. 

About half of the firm's sales come from representing developers & architects, professional buyers & sellers who rely on us again and again for our honesty & thorough knowledge of new construction & contract negotiations.  We often represent developers searching for sites, building new homes or condominium buildings, and rehabbers converting existing rental buildings into newly renovated condominiums, or old homes or two-flats into modern single family homes.  If you are selling or buying existing properties, that experience translates into value-added for you. The Broker and agents of Third Meridian can share their experience in zoning, design, construction costs, methods and materials, and knowledge of contractors of every trade. We are also proud to mention that we represent a number of attorneys as clients, many of who are real estate attorneys.
