Third Meridian Realty, L.L.C. (TMR), 1306 Chicago Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, is a small (less than ten agents/brokers) established, independently owned & operated real estate firm covering both residential & commercial sales. We are a boutique firm specializing in the important art of "staging" property to showcase for its highest and quickest sale; we offer the highest levels of customer support. Founded in 1997 by Susan McKenna, who has earned recognition as a consistent top producer selling in the multi-million dollars of real estate sales each year, the firm serves the North Shore, Chicago & most surrounding areas. Although our Broker & agents have had successful careers in corporate jobs, you won't find anything "corporate" about our approach. The business of real estate is personal & the property prices are high; we endeavor to deliver the level of service to our clients that meet their emotional needs & improves their financial position.
About half of the firm's sales come from representing developers & architects, professional buyers & sellers who rely on us again and again for our honesty & thorough knowledge of new construction & contract negotiations. We often represent developers searching for sites, building new homes or condominium buildings, and rehabbers converting existing rental buildings into newly renovated condominiums, or old homes or two-flats into modern single family homes. If you are selling or buying existing properties, that experience translates into value-added for you. The Broker and agents of Third Meridian can share their experience in zoning, design, construction costs, methods and materials, and knowledge of contractors of every trade.
